New Employee -You have 30 days from the day you become eligible to elect or waive coverage through our online enrollment system.

Annual Open Enrollment - Offers you the opportunity to make changes to your current elections or to participate in a benefit plan for which you have not previously enrolled. Each year you will be notified when the Open Enrollment period is and will receive an overview of any significant changes that are being made to the benefit plans.

To be eligible to enroll in benefits you must be a regular full-time employee working 30+ hours per week. You may also enroll your eligible dependents in our benefit plans. Your eligible dependents include your legal spouse, domestic partner and your dependent children, whether natural, adopted, step, foster, or those for whom you have legal custody by court decree up to the age of 26

It is important to note that if you waive any coverage during your initial eligibility period, you will need to wait until the next open enrollment period to enroll unless you have a designated family status change event.
